More than ever before, today’s workplace is characterised by the presence of multiple generations. In this regard, business leaders must be able to create an environment where each generation can work together effectively and collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes. Among other things, this requires a nuanced approach for catering to varying work styles, skill sets, preferences, motivations and values.
This training program is designed to equip managers and supervisors with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively understand, connect with, and lead Generation Z employees. Participants will identify distinctive generational traits and explore key principles such as communication styles, trust building, and techniques such as active listening, and effective problem-solving.
With consistent application of the principles and strategies to be discussed, participants will be better prepared to navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, foster stronger relationships, enhance communication, and contribute to a more productive and harmonious workplace.
