Conflicts are a natural part of the workplace, but when they go unresolved, they can escalate into tension or even violence with serious consequences. Conflict may manifest in many forms, including insults, lack of cooperation, bullying, or displays of anger. The underlying causes often stem from personality differences, miscommunication, or poor organizational management. In today’s environment, heightened sensitivity to discriminatory grounds has made conflict management an even more critical skill in the workplace
This programme is geared to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively identify, manage, and resolve workplace conflicts in a constructive manner that fosters collaboration, strengthens relationships, and enhances organizational productivity.
