This follow-on session tackles a new set of some of the most commonly misunderstood concepts in industrial relations. From questions on demotion, to the complexities of establishing insubordination, or simply having a conversation with a problematic employee, these issues continue to perplex managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and business owners. Our goal is to bring clarity where there is confusion and avoid the guesswork by providing exact sources, tested frameworks, and practical guidance. After this session, you will be better prepared to confidently approach and address day-to-day employee-related matters, with the right response, grounded in facts.
