Nicholette Johnson Human Resources Manager Employee and Industrial Relations,BP T&T LLC REAL LIFE SUCCESS STORIES – KEEPING EMPLOYEES AT WORK Nicholette Johnson is BPTT’s Human Resource Manager Employee and Industrial Relations. Nicholette is an HR Generalist with over 19 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in the retail, service and energy sectors. Her working experiences include Marketing and Human Resource roles at Plant Engineering and Maintenance Services Limited, Climate Control Limited, Industrial Plant Services Limited (IPSL), and Massy Cat (formerly Tracmac Engineering). She holds a BSc in Business Management from Texas A& M University College Station Texas, and a Masters in Human Resources from the University of the West Indies Arthur Lok Jack Business School. Nicholette is Vice President of the Human Resource Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT), is a member of the Employers Consultative Association (ECA) Industrial Relations Committee, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a founder and past president of the Association of Female Executives of T&T(AFETT). She also serves on the Port of Spain Church of Christ board as the Church Secretary. Nicholette is self confessed shopaholic and thoroughly enjoys foreign travel, theatre and Arts.
