Supervisory Management 101: Reflect, Revise, Rectify

Supervisors have many responsibilities, including directing and motivating the performance of others, and ensuring that employees are given every opportunity to perform to their fullest potential. Whether you are an experienced supervisor, newly promoted, or striving to earn a promotion, this programme is designed to help you correctly set goals and objectives, understand when and how to coach, and recognise how to improve the effectiveness of those in your department or team.

This programme will provide an opportunity for participants to develop the skills required for understanding of what is expected of them and therefore improve their chances of individual success, while ensuring that their team and organisation are able to achieve its goals.
