The Sustainable & Resilient Enterprise (SURE) training consists of six (6) core modules teaching business leaders nine (9) resilience practices that can be customised for their particular business needs.
Whether small, medium or large, this six (6) week programme will empower your business to survive and thrive in the face of unexpected adversities such as pandemics, cyberattacks, natural disasters, economic upheavals, and social disruptions.
There are no exams...but during the programme, you will develop your organisation's own Business Resilience Strategy using a series of tools and templates. Participants will receive a certificate of participation, issued by the Employers Solution Centre Limited, upon completion of the programme and successful submission of their own business resilience strategy.
“This course is one of the most well-put-together programmes I have participated in. It walks attendees through all the business processes needed to run and manage a business, no matter the size. The modules are taught by experienced lecturers and the good thing is that the follow-up assignments allow you to gain hands-on experience with the concepts shared via the lectures.
At the end of the day the coaching sessions help you talk through your business response for your company’s risk plan, crisis response plan, and training and development plans for staff, all of which are critical in this very uncertain world. Only stronger businesses can come out of this resilience training!”

"The SURE programme was certainly beneficial in affording a critical view of our business operation. It not only highlighted the need to have an effective and efficient recovery plan, but also the importance of the team’s awareness of such a plan and their roles. The coaches were quite knowledgeable, cosmopolitan, and engaging.
Will recommend highly to any organization or business venture interested in thriving through crisis!"
"The Sustainable and Resilient Enterprise Programme programme gives participants tools with which to anlayze organizations, and at the same time create the practical plans to respond to disruptions in the normal working environment. The strengths of the SURE tools are that they are flexibility, faciliates a comprehensive assessment of your operations, but more critically, outlines what actions are required to survive and thrive in the face of disruptions."
