Fifty years ago your "Organisation" - The Employers’ Consultative Association of Trinidad and Tobago (ECA) was established in 1960 to represent Employers’ Interests in Industrial Relations matters to match the Trade Union Movement, since there was no recognized Body to do so.
The ECA took up the mantle as the Premier Representative for Employers and that task has been accomplished since Employers from all levels - Micro, Small, Medium and Large enterprises from all sectors – utilize the services of the ECA.
You, the Members continue to be the reason for our existence and we hope to continue serving you and maintaining our stance as the leading Voice of Employers.
We thank you and look forward to continuing our journey together in this 50th year of service to you, our valued members and to the Business Community as a whole.
